I did! I didn't do a huge workout, but I went!
I actually only went on the elliptical for about 15 minutes. One mile. 160 calories.
I came home with jello for legs and I was really hyper! That lasted about 1-1/2 hours. lol. I showered and felt really, really good.
I realize I am totally out of shape. Walking with the cross country team didn't fix me. But I have a new goal, which I'll share later. And I need to call tomorrow and set up training with a new trainer.
Baby is calling.
